Our team is trained to recognize true medical emergencies and respond quickly and appropriately. In urgent situations, we will immediately transport your pet to a veterinary facility and contact you while en route. We make every effort to reach you or your designated emergency contact to ensure that decisions align with your wishes.

If we are unable to reach you in time, we will act in your pet’s best interest and make any necessary decisions to safeguard their health and preserve their life. Your pet’s safety is our top priority, and you can trust us to respond with urgency, care, and sound judgment.
