Does your pet need
Catered Care?

No problem.

Please prearrange all special accommodations by calling one of our locations most convenient to you

Sometimes pets are perfectly healthy but they need a little extra attention! We uniquely offer Special Care to Special Needs pets. Prices are based on the supplementary care required, which varies from pet to pet.

Remember, if you have any questions or concerns about your pet’s health or daily medical needs, all you have to do is call one of our trained staff to discuss all the options available to you.

We have skilled staff who can administer your pet’s medications. We can dispense all pills and topical medications to receptive pets.

For injectable medications, please call us to discuss the specifics of your pet’s medication needs. All medications should be provided by the owner and clearly labeled with the medication name, pet’s name, dosage, and administration schedule.

We require that you provide all current vaccination records available and up to date at time of check in. To maintain your pet’s good health, it is important for all our guests to have their regular vaccinations – including Rabies, Bordetella and DHPP for dogs, and Rabies and FVRCP for cats– to insure a safe and healthy environment for all.

Each of our pets enjoy their own individual accommodations and get special attention from one of our professionally trained supervisors. It is not necessary that they are spayed or neutered in order to stay with us, however, to participate in daily group activities with other guests, your 6 month or older pet must be spayed or neutered …just to be safe!

Unfortunately we cannot accept unaltered male cats due to their tendency to mark surroundings with very odorous urine.

While we are closely aligned with the best veterinary services in the area, we would request that if your pet has minor or acute medical issues, that you have them checked by your own personal practitioner before boarding them with us.
The only pets we cannot accept are ones with a contagious disease, broken bones or stitches.
